What emails can I expect to receive from DC Power Co?

The DC Brief  a snapshot of your solar export and electricity usage for the week. In one quick email, you’ll be able to see how much you spent on electricity last week and how much your solar saved you. This email also highlights any abnormal patterns in your energy use or solar export from the week.

Account review coming — if we don’t have an up to date meter read for your property, you’ll get this email on, or a few days after, the end of your account review period. This email will tell you how long you have to log in and enter a meter read yourself. If you have a smart meter, you won’t get this email as your meter sends reads to us automatically.

Account review — this email and attached PDF summarises your usage, transactions, meter reading and what (if anything) you still have to pay. In this email we’ll let you know if, and when, we’ll take money from your credit card or bank account if you don’t log in and pay yourself.

Investor updates — if you’re a DC Power Co investor, we’ll also send you regular email updates to keep you in the loop from a shareholder perspective.
