This email will tell you how long you have to log in and enter a meter read yourself. If you have a smart meter, you won’t get this email as your meter sends reads to us automatically.
Account review — this email and attached PDF summarises your usage, transactions, meter reading and what (if anything) you still have to pay. In this email we’ll let you know if, and when, we’ll take money from your credit card or bank account if you don’t log in and pay yourself.
