We recommend you call Sungrow directly or the installer that installed the system in your home. Sungrow has a team of support engineers based in Sydney and they are more than happy to help – you can find troubleshooting advice and their phone number on the Sungrow website.
Who do I call if my existing solar system stops working?
We recommend that you call the person who installed your solar system. If you are out of luck, we are happy to organise some help (at your cost).

Your installer should have set you up with the mobile app when installing your battery. If they didn’t do this, please send us an email on [email protected] and we’ll help you out.
