I’ve moved house and my power is off?

First things first: check the mains switch is in the ON position (it should be left in the OFF position when waiting for your power to be turned on). If you don’t know how to check, or have any problems, please give us a call on 1800 686 686.

If the house has been empty for a while the power may have been disconnected. In this case, we’ll reconnect you however you may need to pay a reconnection fee — see our fees and charges.
