I need to change my battery delivery date?

No problem, we just need 48 hours notice from you. Send us an email on [email protected] and we’ll change the date for you. Make sure you include your Order # and your preferred delivery day.

 

Is delivery included in the cost?

Yes.

 

My battery/ box is damaged?

Never sign for a box that is damaged. Ask the delivery driver to fill in the paperwork for rectification and/or insurance. This will lead to a slight delay in the delivery of your battery but we’ll schedule a re-delivery as soon as we can!

 

Where should I store the battery until my installer arrives?

It’s really important to keep your battery in a dry, protected space until it’s installed.  A garage or shed with good access for the courier would be perfect. If you’ve got somewhere like this available, make sure you clear an area for your package before it arrives and ask the courier to put it in the right spot for you. 

Unfortunately the courier isn’t allowed to enter your home, so if you don’t have a garage (or have no space!) then they may need to leave the goods outside for you to take in. If this is the case, make sure you (and a family member or friend) are equipped to be able to carry the equipment inside.

The package must not be exposed to rain.

 

How heavy are the boxes (any two person lifts)?

The boxes are quite heavy at between 15 to 35 kgs and can be awkward to carry. If you need to move them yourself, you may need two strong adults for the heaviest box. Please let us know at [email protected] if you will be unable to help your delivery driver unload the packages when they arrive at your house.

 

What if I live in a rural area (>100Km from CBD)?

No problem, we’ll deliver your battery free of charge.

 

How much does delivery cost?

Delivery is free across all mainland locations in the states that our Redback Smart Battery is available. That’s VIC, SA, NSW, ACT, TAS and QLD.

 

I live in the CBD can you deliver to me?

Yes, no problem. We provide free delivery to anyone, as long as you have a road leading up to your home!

 

What states do you deliver to?

Delivery is free across all states that our Redback Smart Battery is available. That’s VIC, SA, NSW, ACT, TAS and QLD.
